Very homey and hole-in-the-wall spot. Often these have the best food and this was no exception - I think this place has the best pho in Lafayette. The broth was so savory and piping hot. Lots of toppings, and the chicken was very good quality. The egg rolls tasted homemade and fresh. Took a star off for service because they were understaffed at dinner so there was only one server. A great restaurant not only offers delicious food but also superior service.Mae Sone offers authentic pho, but their service can not match the food quality. That is why I give 4 star.It was hard to find. Google Map only points to the plaza but not the exact location of the restaurant. This was no clearer sign of “Mar Sone Noodle House”.
