“This is the best Asian restaurant around! My kind of food taste and you won’t be disappointed!“

“I tried this place out after a friend told me about it, and now i have my new favorite chinese food spot! The portions are MASSIVE and so good, normally you sacrifice portion size for flavor, but not here! I got the twice cooked pork and it was fantastic! It has cabbage and green bell peppers and a nice heat to it! The eggrolls are to die for, and the fried rice is perfection! I 1000% recommend“

“Just a wonderful experience. My wife and I have been around 6 times and we still get something new every time and have yet to be disappointed. The menues are straight forward and easy to order off of and the food comes fast and hot. Please understand that this is a full selection restaurant. They have way more than just dumplings. They have all your classic American Chinese food also. General tso's, orange chicken, friend rice, lomen noodles, sweet and sour. And so much more. We love to invite friends. We all order different things and share the orders around the table.
This is an amazing place for families. Keep that pass it around the table mentality even when not at home.

“I went in and got the pepper steak with fried rice. It came with an egg roll and fortune cookie. It was a good sized portion at a good price. Also they sell a lot of neat jewelry there at good prices. Bracelets, earrings and rings. I bought a bracelet with a star and coffee cup on it with a heart made from creamer in the coffee, and a steel ring with a purple stone. It was around $5 each. The staff are sweet and the food came pretty quickly. It's a great option for Chinese food. You can't go wrong there. Check 'em out.“

“The absolute most consistent restaurant in all of Lafayette. Call them, say what you want, most of the time they don’t even ask for a name, and it’s always exactly as you expect it. I love this place, and it’s always my go to fallback, at about the same price as a meal for two on DoorDash“

“Decent Chinese-American foods. I wish their mapo tofu came with meat inside. I'm sure you can probably order it in there, but it just didn't automatically come with it. I also wish it was spicier. The fried rice was decent but I wish it also had more shrimp in it. Overall, not bad. Satisfied my Chinese takeout craving.“

“The restaurant offers a wide variety of food. I recently ate their with my son and mother. I was the only one that ate the iceberg lettuce and the salad dressing from the salad bar and think that is what made me very sick with vomiting , diarrhea, and dehydration for about four days.. I don’t recommend eating any lettuce or salad dressing..“

“Ichiban is a hidden gem! Everything we tried was great, but I especially loved the Chicken with Garlic Sauce, Hunan Chicken, and Sesame Chicken. Lunch and dinner plates are a great deal with generous portions. Definitely deserves more popularity!“

“I had a Shredded beef and beans hot plate, phillie cheese steak empanadas, and xxx hot shrimp. All three were amazing. when I ate it I almost cried I was so thankful. It was extremely unexpected after comming in here on a whim when all the Pho shops are closed. Get that Shredded beef and bean hot plate!! I'll est here every time I'm in lafayette for work now.“

“This is my favorite place to go when I’m in the mood for fried seafood. The potions are huge, it’s budget friendly, and the service is always quick. The fried shrimp plate is my favorite and I also love the chicken tenders. Honorable mention is the egg rolls. If you like fried seafood and you like your food seasoned, go here!“
