“Absolutely delish! My favorite of the night was the vegetables in the brown sauce that came with the meals, thinking about making it an entre for next time for me, I was obsessed! Even my husband enjoyed it and he is not a veggie person.. We loved the sesame chicken, general tsos was a close second and the fried rice was flavorful . The egg rolls are top tier and the egg drop soup was a yummy classic!. I 100% recommend. Wish I had taken photos, but I can hardly think long enough to snap a photo before chowing down. Lol“

“China Wok has been a Zachary staple for over 20 years, and the food is consistently hot and delicious. I’ve tried several things on the menu, and the quality is truly remarkable. Their Egg Foo Young is amazing and the Hunan Pork is absolutely delicious—I personally like to kick up the spice levels by asking them to add chili peppers, and they are always accommodating with the request.
You also have to try the hot wings; they are honestly some of the best around Zachary—always served piping hot, incredibly crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside. I don't know if they have ranch or blue cheese to serve with them but honestly they're so good you don't need a dip...
I’ve had many different dishes beyond just the favorites, and the quality is 100% amazing every time. Plus, the service is fast and the portion sizes are large, so you definitely get your money's worth. They have great lunch specials too, but a helpful tip for ordering: if you get the fried rice or a lunch special with fried rice, make sure to specify a protein. Otherwise, it comes as a plain egg fried rice with no vegetables or meat added.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
While the store has been around a long time and isn't as nice on the inside as it could be, but the food is so good you won't even care!“

“I've been eating here since they first opened, after the A-Wok that was here previously closed it down to open in the closed Ryan's building (that ended up closing down bc they weren't keeping the kitchen up to cleaning standards).

They have always been kind, helpful, and even hold conversation when the restaurant isn't busy. The food is always in circulation and when it runs low, is replaced fast. When business is slow they'll even ask customers if they want something not refreshed yet and rush it out.

I will gladly choose them over other places simply because they have great food at a great price. I've spent more at places where the food was trash.“

“I ordered food from Great Wall in Baker, LA, and the entire order was incorrect. I was also charged for eggs that I did not order, and I was told I should have a receipt. I specifically ordered Butterfly Shrimp, but I received something completely different.

This was my third time eating here, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I was very disappointed with the food, the accuracy of the order, and the overall service. In the future, I’ll choose to drive across town to Baton Rouge for a better experience.“
