Pimon Thai Reviews
The pad kra pao at Pimon Thai was the standout of our meal. The ground chicken was packed with basil, garlic, and chili, and the fried egg on top added just the right amount of richness. We also shared an order of crispy spring rolls, which disappeared pretty quickly. The flavors were bold without being overwhelming, and I liked that the dishes tasted freshly cooked rather than overly sauced.
Food is ok, but not authentic. Super suoer slow. Very rude waitress. Be careful that the check has included 20% service charge without telling you.
We were celebrating a friend's promotion and wanted something everyone would enjoy, so we chose Pimon Thai. We ordered several dishes to share, and the standout for me was the basil chicken-it had just the right amount of heat and plenty of fresh flavor. The mango sticky rice was the perfect way to end the meal. Sharing everything family-style made the experience even more enjoyable.

Pimon Thai is a beloved restaurant in Lafayette, serving out-of-this-world Thai cuisine. The friendly waitstaff are attentive and cater to customers' needs. The food is flavorful and fresh, with a focus on tender meat and crunchy vegetables. Standout dishes include the Panang curry and the Pad Khing. The spring rolls are exceptional, with a sublime dipping sauce. The atmosphere is welcoming, with the chef often greeting customers and thanking them for visiting. The cleanliness of the restaurant, including the restrooms, is exceptional.
Customers have recently praised the restaurant, with one ordering the Pad Keemau and finding the spice level perfect. The manager was also noted for being warm and friendly. Another customer enjoyed the well-balanced Yum Woon Sen and the rich, creamy yellow curry. One returning customer had the Pad Thai and a lemongrass soup, finding the food very good. Overall, Pimon Thai remains a must-visit destination for Thai food lovers.
