So, the food was good here, as usual. However, we were a party of 6, and we had an incredibly long wait, an hour and a half, after being told the wait was 20-30 minutes. Then when we asked to sit separately so we could make an appointment we had, and the hostess refused to seat us separately and immediately sat a single person in an area where the 6 of us could have sat.Once we were our waitress did a good job. The hostess could have done a better job managing our expectations...
This place gets super pack, so try to come early! They have a cool bloody mary bar, which looked very popular, but we did partake. We had the crab cake Benedict which was good.A spot to check out for brunch!Check @eatinglafayette on Instagram and Facebook for more Lafayette food things!
I want to personally thank the entire staff of Brick&Spoon for their amazing and accommodating service for my son’s traveling baseball team all the way from Houston.
