Always great food always great service however, I was a bit surprised by my drive-through pick up order for my mobile app that I was immediately given a pre-authorization to do a tip. I drove myself. The tipping culture thing has kind of gotten out of hand. I usually tip if it’s delivered but that was a little shock. I guess it’s new to your system. I eat Jimmy John's all across the country while traveling for work, by far the best one so far. Bread was actually warm and fresh unlike most the others I've been too where it's really hard and hard to eat. Staff was very friendly and super fast. Will return soon
