Seriously every time we come to this location we have to go back. This the 4th time we had to come back. 4 times in a row is crazy. Can yall please check ppl orders before yall give it to them? We either have to turn around or we make it to the car and come back in. Not okay.

Rude, slow, and got order wrong after I checked multiple times to see if order was put in. Called to talk to the manager after I left and I was placed on hold for entirely too long. So now I’m here to saw this is the worst BWW I’ve ever been to.

Ice cold Blue Moon in frozen glass. Delicious, fried very well and crispy. french fries were hot And lots of carrots and celery the ranch is awesome. Had fun playing trivia with the waitress every now and then fun experience! Ice cold beer. Very attentive, waitress, Alissa!! Fun time.

The manger at this location did not help a disabled veteran, and she hung the phone up in my face not wanting to give name of manager . Poor service . Just horrible . Have no compassion for Veterans at all . I called at 4:40 pm . Just to get the phone hung up in my face when I'm trying to help Veterans who can't come in person . This is just sad..

First of all, we love BWW. We DoorDash our food and 90% of the time, there is something missing from our order. The food is good, but it’s absolutely ridiculous how there’s always something missing. We order the cheese curds and BUY southwest ranch with the order, but we never receive it. It is clearly on the receipt, so how hard is it to read and add it to our bag. We can’t blame DoorDash so BWW how do we go about this?

So I've been coming to this restraunt for a long time now since they opened and I've had really bad experiences before with some of the waitresses but today particular I am giving this experience a 5 star food came out hot and Jonha sorry if I am butchering your name but you made the experience so much better. He had a go getter attitude he was on top of our drinks never let them get empty if they were close to being empty he brought another right away. He made sure we were taken care of more people should be like him in this line of business. Next time I come back here I am gonna ask for his table for sure because of how nice and energetic he was. ASK FOR JONHA WHEN YOU COME HERE!!!!

Food was alright but not what it used to be. We were explained the specials and took a bit to decide. We chose the BOGO wings but after we ordered we were told we could only get the boneless. So whatever, didn't want that but it was a good deal. We wanted a certain amount for leftovers since we love wings and then were told we could only get 6 or 10. Like it just kept getting worse and worse. The taste of em was ok but it really isn't what it used to be. Service was meh but kind.
