I'm not a crazy about pie, but during my time in Lafayette, my work peeps raved about this place. Decided to give it a try and grabbed an apple and a key lime for the wife. Oh My Goodness!!! We bought apple pie, pecan pie, cloud cookies, and thumb print cookies. Everything was great but I will say the pecan pie was not up to par this year. I buy it every year it use to be excellent and use to be able to get a caramel pecan pie there.
Super thin flaky crust cradles delicious fruity or creamy filling that reminds one of the love Grandma put into her pies. Their pies are testaments to pride, constant efforts to improvement and giving a real slice of professional accomplishment to the public.
