I ventured to Lafayette to attend Festival International. Since I had the morning and most of the afternoon free the day after my arrival I decided to head to Vermillionville to explore the historic village and have lunch at La Cuisine de Maman. The server Sarah was excellent and attentive. All food was excellent especially the red beans and rice!!!
Had the crawfish ettouffe stuffed potato and it was amazing. The bread pudding was delicious. Friendly service.
