Great little place. The creole meat bread is amazing. I loved the mint added to the unsweetened tea. It's the attention to detail and flavor that really makes this place one of a kind.
It’s just what you expect on a side road restaurant. The difference is the food was really good. The folks are taking pride in what they are serving and it shows up in the food. Down home country cuisine. Nothing fancy but the food was good.

This was my first true experience with the incredible cuisine they refer to as Creole. Aside from my wife's Haitian cooking which is a bit different from the Louisiana interpretation.The Creole Lunch is very unassuming I'm appearance, and easy to miss if you are not looking.
