Tried the king cake latte with the king cake flavored cold foam. The cinnamon flavoring was overpowering for my taste but that's just my opinion. I may try the mardi gras one next. I've only ever gotten the turtle mochasippi for the past years of being a customer.

This is my favorite location of any coffee store in all of Lafayette, Louisiana This is the best coffee chain in Louisiana. End of discussion. This location particularly is very great. Thereâs a very kind and talented barista there named Raven who makes the best coffees in the place. Every employee here is so kind I love this location

Terrible service. I came today around 7:30 The girl in back was hollering at employees. The guy making the drinks in front spilled my drink while handing it to me I asked for napkins all he did was wipe the spill up and Ignored me. Not to mention my drink was the wrong size at this point Iâm running behind. This location always sucks.

I used to visit this location daily for an Americano, but Iâve recently started going to Starbucks insteadânot because of the coffee, but because of the customer service experience. Unfortunately, Iâve had two uncomfortable interactions with drive-thru staff that have influenced my decision.
In the first instance, instead of handing me the card reader as usual, the cashier loudly asked, âAre you leaving a tip today?â I typically do leave a tip, but the way it was asked felt inappropriate and made me uncomfortable.
On another visit, I was picking up a few items using my husbandâs card, and the cashier remarked, âYou donât look like a Tomâ (name changed for privacy). While I understand they may have been trying to make conversation, it came off as unprofessional.
As someone who works in management and places a high value on customer service, these encounters stood out. The employees were not rude, but the approach and tone lacked professionalism. Iâm not sure what changes have been made in staffing, but I hope customer service becomes a priority again

This CC's is so much better than the Carencro store. Here they move fast and there so nice and there not on there phones, talking or ignoring the customer. And it takes this location less then 10min to fix a coffee. Other CC locations should model the work ethic this CC's has. Carencro could even learn something, like how to better assist customers.
My husband and I stop in every Tuesday and Thursday morning and the customer service is unmatched - like a mom and pop coffee shop. Ms. Charlie at CCâs is a bright light, always cheerful and encouraging employees and knows many customers by name and order - we love our little spot!
