My first time visiting the location was great. It’s close to where I work, and I definitely see myself visiting again. I walk in and was immediately greeted by a worker named Essence. She was very kind and patient (I know basically nothing about coffee) and gave me some suggestions on how to make my drink better while keeping it cheap. While the service isn’t lightning fast, I definitely didn’t feel forgotten and my drink was made almost perfectly. Will definitely visit again.

Last time I came to this location, I couldn’t put my straw in my drink because there was so much ice. This time I asked them to just put a regular amount of ice and this is what my drink looks like.
The barista specifically said that their owner told them to put more ice in the drinks because the price of milk has gone up.
To be clear, I didn’t order “light ice “so I can get more drink. I just want a regular drink that I paid eight dollars for to actually be the drink that I paid eight dollars for.
I contacted Corporate about this, but apparently this location is locally owned and operated so they don’t answer to corporate.
So sad that this is what you get for what you pay for !

Terrible experience! The employees were playing around, it was extremely hot outside, so I went inside to the restroom after exiting I precided to goto the front. I ordered a cup of water, she precided to charge me $1.50!! Now every other ccs coffee shop I get it for free AMF then order a coffee, but this time I said you can keep the water cause that's ridiculous I was thirsty from. Being outside and no available water fountains.

This is my go to coffee shop! Hands down the best CC’s in town. You can’t beat the friendly staff, upbeat atmosphere and the welcoming patio. I love sitting down having my coffee on the patio in the morning. The water fountain is so tranquil while having your morning coffee with the soft music playing in the background. It really has become my little oasis. All their pastries look great, but I recently tried their spinach and feta croissant and it was phenomenal!

OMG. I love CC coffee. I stop just about every day if time permits. The staff members are awesome and pleasant. The coffee and food are awesome. The service wait time is quick and pleasant. Will recommend to family members, friends and co-workers. Watch out Starbucks.

I am a regular at CC’s I visit there every day (I go to different ones each day depending on where my work is!) but out of all of them, Essence at THIS location hands down is the best, and kindest employee. Her attitude, smile, and overall joy just to be at work is admirable. I love seeing her and hope she’s working every time I come. If the managers see this, she truly deserves a raise. I hope you all get the pleasure of meeting essence when you come to get your coffee!!! ???
