the employees were very very rude. took over 30 mins in the drive through. wouldn’t be so upset if the employees were not so ugly. also ordered 22 chicken nuggets and only got 11.

General manager Charlene has terrible service and was of no help. My customer on doordash did not receive her food because someone ran off with their food and they would not remake it because it cost to much. Well make sure they CONFIRM the pickup order prior and it would be on the driver and not on you. She was upset with me and the customer said well I can only remake part of it, the customer on the phone and me both were dumbfounded. Are you serious she’s been waiting an hour and a half this isn’t my customers fault this is yours and your staffs fault. Just ridiculous waste of time for me and the customer

In the past, this location had good service and food. The last 2 days I came, the service has been lacking in every capacity. The day prior to yesterday, my meal was incorrect but wasn't that big of a deal...it happens. Yesterday, however, took the cake as not only was my meal subpar (patties dry, overdone and just warm. Fries were way overdone and just warm) but I found a ROACH LEG AND ANTENNAE at the bottom of my fry container!!So, needless to say until the board of health displays its updated visit on the drive thru for all to read, I wont be back at this location.

Lol the atmosphere oh my goodness I can’t say enough about it you can tell by the way they ask you what you wanna order that you’re not one of their. It’s comical because it’s so obvious. I don’t know if they’re under paid understaffed I don’t know what the deal is but every time I go I don’t even know why I go anymore well because the food is so good it taste good it’s not good for you, it just tastes good really really good and they know it they know their food is good so they can treat you any kind away I have definitely slow down on going because I’ve been trying to eat healthier but I never feel welcomed when I go
