This is our new favorite go to fast food place on Fridays. Our Catholic Family (voluntarily) refrains from eating meat on ALL Fridays, NOT just during Lent. This can make our meal choices somewhat challenging for us as we try to keep our carbs to a minimum. I have always loved Checkers. Used to have lunch there quite often when they had one in the same parking lot as my former job. You can't beat Checkers fries. And they are always hot, fresh and crispy.
