Okay I have to say that I love the chicken nuggets and the spicy delux sandwich but I got very disappointed yesterday with their service and the food. Y'all act like it'll cut into your profit margins to put a family sized order into more than one bag. I know I'm not the only customer tired of losing part of my order I paid hard earned money for to the floorboard or door compartment because the bag is so full, it's top heavy and cannot be closed and tips over for every little turn on the drive home. Even McDonald's employees have the courtesy to split your order into multiple bags that can be folded...
I mean, I can't be too harsh here, but I gotta call out mistakes when I see them. I ordered 3 deluxe sandwiches with fries and drinks and 1 order of 12 nuggets with fries and a drink. All the food was good as usual, except my 12 nuggets and fries were nowhere in the bag. I drove all the way home just to find out a fourth of my order was missing. I'll cut yall some slack this time, and next time, I'll stand there and make sure the order is right. Not a huge complaint,...
