Cashier was welcoming. Ordered a salad, but lettuce had not been cut, we asked cashier to let us know when they were ready for us to order. We were never notified when the salad was finally out. Daughter wanted to jump, attendant stayed on phone the entire shift. It made us uncomfortable. Manager in the kitchen was rude at food pick up. Just not the best experience.

Attended a birthday party here and the playground attendant, Kaden I believe his name was, did not pay attention at ALL. He would let the kids go on the playground and THEN say you have to pay extra to go on, rather than stopping the kids at the entrance where he was standing. At one point, a little boy was chasing my child all over both the play place and the trampoline JUST to push her and he didn’t say anything. When I finally went tell the kid to stop pushing, he finally looked up from whatever he was sitting on the steps looking at. After the kid CONTINUED to chase my child, I told her to push him back and only then was there suddenly no pushing allowed on the playground.
Definitely entertaining for kids. Drink cups could be bigger

Definitely no pride here. Not supper busy but staff is scarce. Games were nice. There are no big payouts on tickets. Both picture booths are terrible.

3 stars ... CeC isnt ehat it used to be sadly. It's ok for what it is...an arcade for kids. It's decently maintained...unlimited soda... But no more animatronics :(
He came to Chuck E. Cheese pizza and ordered a cheese pizza and it had everything on it but the cheese. I went and asked the gentleman at the front desk if he consider it to have cheese on it and amazingly he thought it did. I’ve ate a lot of cheese pizza in my life and I can tell you this is missing Probably 50% of it does not have cheese.

Over priced!!! games don’t last long at all and plus they charge extra to jump on the lil cheap looking trampoline
It just not what it used to be they could at lease bring back the play pin with the balls sad part is the probably would charge for that also🤔
