My entire meal was wrong. I couldn't drive back because I was going out of town for am appointment

Went here and I ordered a 3 piece with rice and got a 2piece with fries these people obviously don’t pay no attention when someone’s ordering at the menu then I was charged the amount for the 2 piece that was the cost of the 3 piece

Workers are rude. They never get your order correct. They don’t give sauce or straws or napkins. So disappointing. I’ve been 3 times and never received my whole order which is a simple three tender combo. Where is my sauce and drink. And if they forget it you’re waiting another 10 minutes in line to get it.

What happened to this place in a matter of months, entirely new staff including cooks? I was eating here regularly months ago and it was top notch every time. Hot, fresh chicken. Correct order. Nice people handing you your food.

Lately? Terrible. They get my order wrong every time which includes just 3 pieces of chicken. How do you mess that up? Recently, they forgot my biscuit entirely from the 3 piece meal which is my favorite part. No utensils given for side items.

And the chicken itself lately? Completely gross. Tasted just like grease and oil, no flavor. People at the window are not friendly either.

What a waste of good chicken by hiring incompetent cooks, order takers, and staff.

Ordered a 10 pc chicken strip mashed potatoes and fried okra .. the 10 pc was supposed to be 12.99 the total was $23.69 .. really .. now the chicken is fantastic but OMG the cost ..

They nasty don't wear hairnets or gloves rub they nose then continue fixing food asst mgr slow and unprofessional wow I took my 53.00 back keep y'all food

Really disappointed about your service! I order 3 leg, 2 thigh but they just have me 2 thigh and 1 leg. I forgot to check it before I leave and then when I came home, it's too far to come back and told them that missing.

The service was horrible. The drive through worker made fun of me for using Pennys with my change and dropped 25 cents and then said it was my fault he dropped it. Started being extremely rude and when I told the manager. They said I don't have time to deal with this. And caught an attitude with me when I was trying to explain how rude the drive through worker was. This makes me never want to come back and discuss how horrible this church’s was on my podcast. Two thumbs down

Very slow almost took 30 minutes receiving an order that I ordered online beforehand, and not friendly at all

Terrible service. Only got half my order . Drink with no ice. Tried to staple my bag so tight that I couldn’t open it to check it I eventually got it open half of my order was missing
