Went to Chuy's tonight...ordered 2 margaritas, got chips and salsa, of course. Server took our order, (nothing special nor any substitutions). 4 other families came in and got their food and we were still waiting after 45 minutes. I finally summoned the hostess to get our server and she said "I'm sorry, it'll be out shortly", so I asked what is the hold-up?" She said "I forgot to put in your order".
