I always love going to Chuy's, as it is one of the few places in town where there is more than one option on the menu. I have had the bean burrito, veggie enchiladas, and fajitas, and they have all been great. Their guacamole is excellent as well. Just keep in mind: i was told by one of the servers that the regular Mexican rice is not vegan due to being made eith chicken bouillon. I usually get the green chili rice, which is vegan and still delicious

My family and I went to the Ambassador Caffery location at lunch on Saturday, Nov. 15th and we were seated immediately. The food was fresh and great, as always! The chips are so super crispy and salted to perfection and marries perfectly with the delicious jalapeño ranch. Our waiter, Vic, was excellent and very attentive. Definitely will be back!

Went to Chuy's in Lafayette Louisiana 10/28/25. It took a few minutes to get someone to seat us but after that everything was great. The waiter Victor was very attentive and personable. The Taco salad was one of the best I have ever eaten. The chips and dip were fresh and very good.
