Went here , was not greeted by anyone for 5 minutes- these kids that are hired has no care and the head one in charge was no help

They are VERYY unprofessional the management at this location is extremely rude ... This location really went down hill .. if you gonna be rude then why go into management... Y'all would be better going to Kaliste Saloon DQ.. the Johnston st location is JOKE!! Sadly I used to work at Johnston st location like maybe 2 or 3 years back and compared to now that who is running it ... It really went down hill sadly..

Great service

This place is wild. Wednesday, January 29th at 6pm. Waited about 30 minutes for 2 simple meals. Should’ve had fries, didn’t have fries. And now I am reminded of why I stopped coming here.

Placed an order and went to the pick-up window, and the 2 ice cream items I ordered were never made. After they passed us the food, everyone walked away, and we were not able to get help. I'm just glad they didn't charge me for it. Don't think I'll go back.

It's sad to see dairy queen become what it was before it closed so long ago. Seems like there is always a long line with very long waiting periods for orders. The workers seem very understaffed and overworked they can't keep up with the demand. I thought maybe it was just a fluke, but I have made other visits to this location and seems to be the same every time....the ice-cream always seems to be super soft in the blizzards nothing like it was in the past.

Paid for extra and there wasn’t even sufficient enough for what should come standardly. When returned and asked for the extra I paid for I was denied rudely!! We won’t be going back! Does that look like mint Oreo at all? Mint is green!!! Extra mint would be really green??
