Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This place is wild. Wednesday, January 29th at 6pm. Waited about 30 minutes for 2 simple meals. Should’ve had fries, didn’t have fries. And now I am reminded of why I stopped coming here.

Placed an order and went to the pick-up window, and the 2 ice cream items I ordered were never made. After they passed us the food, everyone walked away, and we were not able to get help. I'm just glad they didn't charge me for it. Don't think I'll go back.

It's sad to see dairy queen become what it was before it closed so long ago. Seems like there is always a long line with very long waiting periods for orders. The workers seem very understaffed and overworked they can't keep up with the demand. I thought maybe it was just a fluke, but I have made other visits to this location and seems to be the same every time....the ice-cream always seems to be super soft in the blizzards nothing like it was in the past.

Paid for extra and there wasn’t even sufficient enough for what should come standardly. When returned and asked for the extra I paid for I was denied rudely!! We won’t be going back! Does that look like mint Oreo at all? Mint is green!!! Extra mint would be really green??

Service has really suffered. Appear to be understaffed. I know times are difficult in terms of retail employment but it has been a detriment to this location. Very long wait times and mediocre food quality. We will not be back unfortunately.

The staff was moving in slow motion. No urgency I had a mobile order because I didn’t want to be there that long I was still there way longer than I should’ve been. The 2 banana splits were messy and looked like it was just thrown into a container with no intention. Never going back to this location.

7-26-24 @ 8:15pm, stopped by to get a bite. Walked in waited at the counted for a few minutes and one guy that was shadow boxing over the fries said something but no one came to help, so had to walk out. Save some time and go somewhere else be cause they are not interested in waiting on customers.

Didn’t make the new salted caramel truffle blizzard right they blended all the truffle pieces up, then when I’m explaining how to make it right they wanted to get an attitude saying they don’t sent the truffle showing me them in a container I’m like you don’t blend them up

Edit: McKenzie was absolutely amazing. She made my blizzard the best was fast to provide service and got the food out quick when she was the only one in the store. She deserves a raise!
