Walked in a few minutes ago, waited at the register for at least five minutes, with none less three employees in the back. No one came to take our order even though they knew we were there nor simply letting us know they would come as soon as they could. Didn’t looked swamped so we left and went down the road the McDonald’s.

Jasmine F took my order and messed up multiple times. I was very disappointed. My bread wasn’t even toasted. The gravy was literally water and my Dr Pepper was not carbonated whatsoever. Worst experience ever.

I have no complaints about the food. I don't care that they were joking about me that I kept coming around and buying their food. Or that a lot of the time that kept giving me the silent treatment. But on this last visit I found myself being told to wait and being totally forgot about. I said hello into the speaker and I said you can go ahead with your order. Sorry but I had enough of the strange interactions I was having at this particular restaurant

They were understaffed, and the service was very slow for noone being in the line ahead of us. I ordered a mini of the new and for a limited time flavor Oreo Hot Cocoa Blizzard. It was really good until i got to the bottom of the blizzard. The bottom was just plain vanilla ice cream. They did not make my blizzard very well.

One of the employees left the window open, talking about a new bag to go shopping (of course being unprofessional) and then finally closed the window. She stood at the window with a purse and our food was placed on the counter behind her. We waited and not once did she acknowledge us. I honked the horn to let her know that our food was behind her. I told her nicely “Can we have our food? It’s behind you” and she stared, rolled her eyes and walked away. Excuse me, you’re getting mad at me for not doing your job?? Then another employee had to kindly give us our food and told me and my mother “have a good night.”
I went there a few days ago and ordered off the app the chicken finger basket...my tenders were great but my fries was luke warm not hot and they forgot to add the fries to my order...did not check my order until I got home....well, I did not eat the fries but the toast and chicken fingers were great..the workers are great just wish my fries were hot...and no onion rings..

We didn’t mean to burden them by placing an order however that’s exactly what we did. I was interrupted multiple times when trying to place our order. They were rude and interrupted us for f we were done and please hold during the ordering process at the same time failed to take the order correctly. I added caramel to mind blizzard but didn’t receive it, asked them about it and they at first tried to say we didn’t have it ordered but we already had our receipt and she reluctantly added the caramel again we were a burden to their routine. I’ll not be coming back had the same experience a year ago. I’ll be taking my family to other businesses that want to serve us.

Very rude and unfriendly staff. Management doesnt know how to do their jobs. I placed an app order at this store on accident and they didnt give a crap about trying to help me get my money back. The manager didnt even know how to help. How can you be a manager and not know how to do a very simple job? If you want dairy queen go to a different location.
