The building and service may not be the most glamorous atmosphere, but the actual fried chicken is some of the best I've had in Louisiana. Maybe I got a lucky batch of tenderloins, but I am very impressed with their chicken. It really doesn't get a lot better than what I had.
On the North side of town,but it is a nice area and busy with vehicles traveling, it is not far from Evangeline Thurway,&at the Corner of Moss St.,but a family member likes it just as much and asks me to bring some to try at times,it tastes good and I know they have a family deal!

I placed an order and was not expecting the bread. I can taste the baking soda guys. To cut that taste you need to either add vinegar or sour cream to the batch. This will improve the flavor. I felt like I wasted food. The Chicken is always good. Very seasoned but the bread I throw in the trash. Those bubbles from that baking soda leaves an awful taste in my mouth. Don't compete with popeyes for the worst bread.
