This is the second time I've been to gambinos and the worker makes me feel like I'm bothering her. No smile no nothing. I asked what time do yall close and its 245 and she said 4 but we shut down early. I still don't want to feel like I'm bothering you. Should I have taken my services some where else? My money spend like everyone else.
Customer Serbice Has to Be EVERYTHING and NOT JUST FOR CERTAIN PEOPLE!!!

I called and talked to the manager of this place and asked him several times when did they bake the oatmeal cookies and of course they'll tell you that morning but when I taste it I know it was days old. Not fresh at all. I went 1 monday morning and I asked the cashier when did they make the oatmeal cookies and she was honest she told me Saturday so I just didn't buy nothing..be careful going over there because they are full of lies trying to sell 3 or more day old baking items

We wanted an authentic King Cake and found Gambino’s. They delivered to Minnesota! It was absolutely amazing, so when they had the Freedom Cake, we ordered it and again it was absolutely amazing! We will continue to order from Gambino’s 😊

I paid $60.00 for an 8-inch cake, and the lady at the counter was rude. I ended up going to a grocery store and got a larger cake for $30.00 that feeds more people

Pastries, delicious! Donna, stares darts! We went into Gambinos today a little after 3. Donna (had her name on shirt) asked us if she could help us. I explained that we were just looking right now because my son was meeting us at the jewelry store next door and we wanted to come back after. Donna says .. “Well,we close at 3:58!” We decided to wait for my son to arrive and get pastry first before they closed. I wanted him to pick out what he wanted. She asked again and I told her we’re waiting for him and that we’ll be out of there by 3:58. She kept staring us down as if we were violating “her” time and mumbling to co-worker. There were 2 other customers in there and we weren’t close to 3:58! Just a word to Donna- your staring us down was pointless. I feel like you are old enough to know this and to be a role model of good customer service for the 2 other young ladies. Obviously, you didn’t have that insight. We’ll be back for the delicious pastries and hopefully Donna will have a new attitude. I get wanting to go home, but we had plenty of time before 3:58, ma’am

This cake is the best German chocolate cake I've ever had. It was so moist, fresh, and the icing was delicious. 😋 I will always purchase my favorite cake from Gambino's. Thank you so much! This was the perfect dessert for Christmas.

Stopped in for a last minute party treat, and I had the hardest time deciding what to get! EVERYTHING looked, and smelled, AMAZING! Decided on the almond and chocolate petit fours...GREAT CHOICE!! The staff was super friendly, too!
