I ordered a cake from my sons 10th birthday it was so delicious,moist,and fresh . Lucin did a very beautiful job on his cake, I mean really ?? he loved it. And ms.Shelbie was polite about my cake ❤️???

I love stopping in here for a treat when I’m in Lafayette. My favorite is the M&M cookie, but they also have a really good snickerdoodle or what my husband calls “old people cookies”. Store is always clean and staff always friendly.

This is my favorite Great American Cookie location! My cakes always turn out great! The more frosting the better! Special shout out to the girl I think her name was Caroline? She rocks!!

We are a family of seven. We order cookie cakes for all of our birthdays and special events. When I picked up our last birthday cake, I was given a coupon from the Acadiana Mall GAC location. The coupon can ONLY be used at the Acadiana Mall GAC, so I called and ordered another birthday cake. They refused to honor their own coupon. The worker made and call and told me they said that whoever gave me the coupon shouldn't have. The worker was not rude and very polite, as was I. As a business owner, when I pass out promotional flyers or coupons, I honor them. I do not put my workers in a position that requires them to make management/owner decisions. Not all customers will respond politely. In the future I will do business with locations who honor their promotions and coupons.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this is a must. I ordered 2 M&M double doozies through Waitr, when my guy came to deliver the cookies I looked in my bag and saw I had 2 M&M cookies. By this time my driver already left. I called to get a refund or a partial refund. The guy told me that he apologized that the lady who gathered my order was moving too fast and she made a mistake. I was told to call customer service and they should take care of it. Needless to say, this is the last time I do business with GAC in the mall.

This place is a joke ordered my kids b day cookie cake 2 weeks in advance. Cake wasnt ready on time and they completely messed up the order when i told them about it they all stood there d*** struck

Have been buying cookies from GAC in the mall for years but lately everything I buy from there is always stale. I won’t be wasting my money there anymore.
