Went there last night for the first time and it was a good amount of food but there was some raw meat in my steak burrito, I am disappointed. Was not given a refund 😐
Place was dirty and the drain area under the soda machine smelled like sewage. It just felt gross it sit inside and eat. The food was good though and the service was faster than usual.

The meat was ice cold. Thought it was the vegetables, but no the meat was cold too. Wasn’t that great for the price

The service is generally good. The food has been good for a while. However, for the past year, I have had several instances of gristle in the beef. This last time we ordered a pound of beef to go and at least 30% of it has gristle and some pieces were only gristle. The quality has gone down noticeably. The chicken was also a little dry on my last visit.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I am in disbelief at the lack of effort these employees have at this location. I love Izzo’s but I had second thoughts after ordering from the Ambassador store! I ordered over a hundred dollars worth of food and EVERY SINGLE THING WAS WRONG! They completely ignored the order and chose to put whatever they wanted on the burrito bowls. I paid extra for things like cheese, extra cilantro, etc. But they didn’t even bother to look at the order because nothing was right. I ordered brisket and got steak. Non of them had any dressing and they had onions on them all and my sister is allergic. All they had to do was read words from a paper but I am guessing they didn’t know how to read because it’s the only explanation for how completely wrong they got it. I would NEVER eat here again. Then I’ve tried to call and tell someone but they never answer the phone! I hope no one else has to go through the same situation I did.

I like how I can easily customize my order online to pick up through toast and earn points to save on future orders. I like 3 loaded brisket birria and ground beef tacos with guacamole, cilantro ranch, black olives, cilantro, pico de gallo, corn, extra cheese and queso. Taco Tuesday $6.50 special is a hot as well. I enjoy my izzo's fix once a week. ?

Service real awful today. 10-12-24 at 3:30pm. Never going back. Didn't get anything to eat. Employees have no sense of urgency.

Izzo’s used to be our spot every 2 weeks. It has DRASTICALLY gone down in quality & cleanliness. I have worked food industry over 7 years now and I will not be back unless things are changed. The ground beef don’t have no flavor besides grease when it used to be very flavorful. There were 3 big ass roaches in the entrance. The cleanliness all together has been crap the last few visits. The food has gone down as well the last few visits. I don’t know what’s changed to make it this drastic but we will not be back! Please do better izzo’s?

Izzo’s is usually my favorite because you get a lot of food for a good price. Today I went in and the guy was very stingy. He wrapped a the burrito wrong, I mainly tasted tortilla. You couldn’t taste the queso on it at all. Usually I’m too full from the burrito to finish the chips but not today. The chips were greasy and old. Steak needed to be cooked better. The tables were dirty. The sweet tea was good though.

The dirty trays they serve food on every time makes the cleanliness of the restaurant questionable. The staff doesn't always make you feel comfortable ordering your food. The servings are inconsistent. Not sure ill be back at this location.Update- got really sick after. Will never be back here.

I love this place I come here all the time, the food is amazing. Izzos is one of my top picks to eat. But someone had to say it, the restrooms are like doomsday, the water pressure is always off and the toilets are clogged. Its a bit unsanitary

They are very rude I needed more cheese and she going tell me I have to wait without even asking me what I need , and I’m a paying customer
