this location specifically is not the best out of all locations. The line is always long and takes a long time and the workers here are friendly based on what tip you give. Food is not good, can go Albertsons get the same croissants but a box of them for $5. Coffee is hit or miss. Either a good coffee or a Mcdonald’s replica.

I always have a great experience at all of the locations. Today was exceptional. Zack was in the drive thru and was very personable, polite and prompt. The ladies that I could see from the drive thru made my order exactly how I requested it! Thank you!

Good coffee and nice workers! The inside can be a bit too crowded for my liking and I had WiFi issues when I first went, possibly due to so many people being connected. Bc of this, I would consider this coffee shop a better place to hang out than it is to study, though I did see several people getting work done as well. I'm very glad that they have a collaboration with Caroline's Cookies bc the Dubai Chocolate cookie bites I tried were INCREDIBLE, I would honestly come back just for that! The drive thru is fast and convenient and I would use that rather than dining in due to how crowded it gets. Note: Jet doesn't allow customers to bring their own reusable tumblers to get drinks in unless it's one of the ones they sell.
