Best coffee and best food, even better than Starbucks and CC’s! Their caramel lattes are the best; not overly sweet but not at all bitter. And their breakfast biscuits are sooooo good and fresh. 10/10. Also reasonably priced.

So I have never personally been here but this review is about the wifi connection. My boyfriend really enjoys the coffee here. He says the only thing that would make this place better is if they served cinnamon rolls. I however have come to notice that the wifi is interfering with his phone signal. He has recently visited multiple times in the past two weeks. During those times if anyone calls his phone it goes directly to voicemail as if the battery is dead. Occasionally it will ring a couple of times then go to voicemail. The problem here is that his phone won’t even display that he has had any missed calls. I am not the only person who has noticed this, his parents have mentioned it as well as some of his friends and this only happens when his phone connects to the wifi at his location. If he takes it off of wifi there are no issues, but the phone is set to auto connect when wifi is available. We believe this has become a problem with this location and recently he has had a medical emergency in his family. We are concerned that in the event something urgent comes up, he will miss the call from his parents Bc of the poor wifi connection that is blocking phone calls and delaying text messages from being received. Because, of this issue I will not visit this coffee shop as I cannot afford to miss a call from my kids should an emergency arise.Yes, it is safe to say just take your phone off of the wifi? Yet, that is an inconvenience when your phone auto connects. Is this coffee shop really wanting to inconvenience its patrons? Are you really wanting to jeopardize the safety of family/children of your patrons, should an emergency come up? I know that if my teenage children were to call with an emergency and the wifi blocked that call from coming through, I would personally hold this coffee shop responsible for any harm that came to my son or daughter. It’s unacceptable to have such a poor quality wifi at a coffee shop that interferes with phone services.

I love that they have a variety of sugar free flavors, and the apple cinnamon scone was delicious! The staff was awesome they let us take our time and look at the menu and also gave us suggestions.

Short handed the day I went but the guy was cranking them out to inside and window patrons. Nice place and I want to love it but I guess I haven’t found my flavor there. May stop again to try more. I’m sure others will like it more than me.

One of the best espressos I've had in a while, perfectly pulled.

We are visiting the area and wanted to get some good coffee. We decided to give this place a try. We ordered our drinks with extra shots of espresso. Even after doing that we still could barely taste the coffee in the drink. It was disappointing. It tastes more like I am drinking flavored steamed milk. The staff wasn’t very friendly. Well, when it seemed to be a regular, they were. I think tomorrow we will just stick with going to PJ’s because we know their coffee is good and flavorful (and you can taste the coffee in their lattes).

Lighting on the darker side, but its quieter for work/meeting. Sitting areas aren't on top of other people either. I really enjoyed their jasmine green tea. They close at 2/3pm though, and they will bark it at you.

It was a quick drive through, I had a white chocolate mocha with butter pecan flavoring. The coffee was great, not as sweet as I thought it would be but that’s not really a bad thing! The muffin however was a cheap dry muffin that was heated in a microwave. Hence the loss of stars. I didn’t go inside so I can’t help much on that one.

The service is A1 through drive- through. I’ve never been inside. It’s becoming a favorite morning stop.

I had snapping turtle frozen coffee. It was very tasty. New experience for me. Good service too

I’m sure there are people who buy coffee more regularly than I do but I buy coffee about 3 times a week on average.Last week I was running late and didn’t have time to run to my regular Starbucks location.I was about to drive past Johnson street Java on my way back from a work errand and swung back around, deciding to pop in for a coffee fix.(I was missing my coffee hit that day).I drove up and confidently gave my order and added a bagel since it was listed and I like bagels.I came around and handed the woman my card only for her to tell me that my card only allowed her to charge a portion of the balance due.I didn’t have another card with me as I was just running an errand for work.I started to apologize and told her I’d be right back, that I just had to run to the office for another card. Without hesitation, she told me that it was ok, that I should still have my coffee. She handed me my coffee and the bagel and wished me a good day.She treated me with such kindness and respect. Her name is Olivia.Olivia you have made me loyal customer of Johnson street Java. I have been back three times since then and have had a couple of the girls in my office visit as well.Thank you for your kindness. You truly exemplified customer appreciation and five star service.

Without even looking at the menu, I asked for a hot tea with honey, lemon, and ginger. The barista was extremely sweet and amiable, and started working on my drink immediately. It was ready in less than 2 minutes. The tea was so delicious. I added sugar before I tried it, but it was already ready to drink, because of the honey.Features: There were no apparent restrictions as of 04/01/2022. The condiments were available at a table.

Really nice, calm coffee shop! Went today and got some tasty coffee and eggbites (slightly crispy cheese + bacon+ eggs= delicious) while out and about. They had handmade, marbled mason jars, beautiful decor, and just a really well thought out and cozy place to sit. Another thing that was a huge plus for me was that there was music, but it wasn't super loud or obnoxious. If I wasn't running errands, I would have really enjoyed relaxing here. What a gem of a place - thanks for the experience!

Friendly staff. Great coffee. Reasonable prices. Really all you need to know but that app insists that I write a longer review to count...so there.
