Small airport. I think they might have a total of 4 gates. They were quick to get us through security (you will have to take all liquids, shoes, laptops, etc out for scanning). Staff was friendly. It is a small airport so not many food/drink options, but they do have two different stations.

This was a very disappointing experience with the airport & American Airline (AA) after enduring several days in legal court issues. The court expenses and fees broke me. I didn't have enough money to pay for baggage cost ($30).I'm a retired U.S military veteran with 90% disabilities. I requested some type of reduction cost or to take it onboard. Your airport and airline denied it and doesn't recognize military/Veterans. They didn't have mask on either.My carry-on luggage which was the same size as the airlines employees going aboard. These double standards toward this was very upsetting. I had to destroy my luggage and use 3 trash bags to carry my clothes, general hygiene and personal property onboard. Remember you're only allow to have 2 carry-on bags, but I had five (5).What kind of standards is that?I'm going to report it to my Veterans Affairs department & other military services, recommend not to use your airport or airlines. Filing legal charges also.

After years of trying to find something nice to say about the rental cars... I give up! Rent your vehicles elsewhere because they never have what you paid for in advance. Book your flight and not your vehicles?

Airport was great,the enterprise car rental, however, kept me there for 4 hours waiting for my rental vehicle that was reserved days in advance

My experience with Lafayette Regional Airport is limited to business meetings with the Aviation Board; therefore, I have never flown into or out of this airport. However, I have been here enough times to appreciate the location of this regional airport, as if you are willing to pay a little extra, you can fly into Lafayette and save yourself 2.5 hours of driving if you had flown into Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. This is a small airport. Parking is adequate, as is the space for picking up and dropping off passengers. However, the TSA security checkpoint seems to be understaffed at times and the lines sometime move slowly because of this. I'd recommend eating before you arrive, as food choices are fairly limited. I am a self-certified airport n**** therefore, this place is cool to me.
Parking is an absolute nightmare the place can be left very dirty at times like restaurants and even restrooms. Needs some upgrades as well.

If u r looking for 141 flight School Acadian Aviation Pilot Training Centre is awesome....or u need to take a real estate exam r 1000 other exams u can take it at Acadian Aviation testing centre located at Lafayette regional...
