This place deserves 5 stars. the atmosphere is so relaxing and dimly lit, spacious too but the seating is intimately done, and the FOOD -- cant get enough. Be wary of the spice though! Definitely go for something mild before exploring your hotter options. Also, the service is a 10/10, the servers are well informed and attentive. EVERYTHING here is immaculate, so food wise: the bread with both sauces offered is amazing, the butter chicken, curry, or tikka masala, amazing.

Sorry guys, not sure how this place gets stellar reviews. The decor was very much on point and that was nice! As someone of Indian origin, I know my spices and my food and this did not hit it. The naan was extremely thick . No rotis available. The malai kofta had a very tangy taste maybe due to tomato paste which is not usually used. The saag was good but I had to count the tiny bits of panner ?! The basmati rice was not fully cooked. We were all very hungry so we ate it without waiting on the sever ( which is my fault ) but these guys need to work on their bread game. Their gravies are very bland so a medium is actually a mild. I didNot order any drinks so can’t comment on those.They also charge 4% for debit or credit as others had mentioned. That was strange!

I don’t usually write reviews but this restaurant is MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE. Years ago when we lived near Lafayette I started going here and they have kept their recipes at the highest upmost quality and consistency. Since we have left, if there’s any chance we are even remotely in the area I will go out of my way to stop by and pick some up. I highly recommend the Chicken 65, any of their curry’s I personally like the Tikka Masala and Butter Chicken, definitely get some garlic naan and mint chutney! And if you’re wanting a treat a mango lassi or any of their delicious desserts. Truly a treasure to Lafayette! My only request is that you open a second location in Lake Charles!

Food is delicious and all meat is halal. However, as a Muslim seeking halal meat you may not feel comfortable due to the fact that there’s a bar with alcoholic beverages and a Hindu idol right next to the tables.There are lots of vegetarian options as well, and most of their menu is gluten free, which can be great for people with specific dietary restrictions. If you, for any reason, do not want dairy, then you can easily ask any kind of meat to be added to your vegan labeled dish. There are not many things for the children either, may not be the best choice if you have kids. They also have a huge pile of dust all over the decorations right above the tables which was concerning. Overall good.
