Greeted and welcomed professionally. Store was clean and neat. The music was nice. The service was great. They told us that our potatoes would be a little longer than expected since it was later in the evening. Victoria made up for it with her friendliness and care for us. My daughter and I ordered a Choose 2 and without even asking she brought out our soups so we could eat with my wife at the same time. Food was very good and we were very appreciative. Will be coming back thanks to the team that was on tonight!

I have always loved McAlister’s. The food is usually delicious. Unfortunately, today was not a good experience. Soup was cold, the dining room was freezing (and it is very unusual for me to complain about being too cold), tables were not clean, napkin holders were empty. The young man who delivered our meal to the table just sat the plates down. He never asked which plate belonged to my wife, and which one was mine. I do not want to be petty, but it was just the way he plopped down the plates and quickly snatched the numbered placard out of the holder.My sandwich (roast beef with horseradish) was delicious. My wife had the Reuben (delicious). However, the potato soup was cold.

I ordered a bacon spud and received a chipotle spud. I asked the guy who brought the potato for a bacon spud and he brought back a plain spud with slices of bacon. That's it! No salt! No pepper! Just a potato and sliced bacon. No cheese! Nothing! There was no soap in the bathroom. Very

Went inside to get a pickup order and waited and extra 15 to 20 minutes to get it because absolutely no one was at the counter. Tried to get the attention of the workers and was repeatedly ignored. Multiple customers were also upset over this.

Well, if you like food that is comically prepared and for their staff to speak poorly to you. Here’s the spot. I went to grab a late dinner. I ordered my usual Chicken Casear Wrap. Received it and to no surprise, it’s ridiculously underprepared. It is literally ONE tortilla cut in half with a piece or two of lettuce and chicken. I tell the cashier to get the manager and to refund me. I will not accept this. Paid $12 for it. She starts to refund me, then two more employees from back come up to the front. She shows one of the guys that this was unacceptable. He then proceeds to say IN FRONT of me “they complain as if we’re the cooks”. I said excuse me, did you just say something? He said no, I was speaking to her. I said “that’s what I thought” because I know an employee is not going to sit here and speak about me like this. He then proceeds to talk more smack to me while she tells him to go to the back and the best part, calls me a bi**h in front of everyone. The picture doesn’t do it ANY justice on how small they made this.

The timing of ordering and receiving your meal is a bit much. I have visited this McAllister twice while visiting out of town and both times I've waited over 30 mins for a half sandwich and fruit cup. The staff is very nice but, someone needs to get some order in the timing of preparation for food orders. Ridiculous.
