Greeted and welcomed professionally. Store was clean and neat. The music was nice. The service was great. They told us that our potatoes would be a little longer than expected since it was later in the evening. Victoria made up for it with her friendliness and care for us. My daughter and I ordered a Choose 2 and without even asking she brought out our soups so we could eat with my wife at the same time. Food was very good and we were very appreciative. I have always loved McAlister’s. The food is usually delicious. Unfortunately, today was not a good experience. Soup was cold, the dining room was freezing (and it is very unusual for me to complain about being too cold), tables were not clean, napkin holders were empty. The young man who delivered our meal to the table just sat the plates down. He never asked which plate belonged to my wife, and which one was mine.
