The manager Ms. Broussard was so nice. I watched her help confused customers pick out each individual ingredient on their orders w the greatest patience and friendliness. She was clearly very committed to customer service.
I door dashed my dad a meal since it’s his birthday and he’s in the hospital at Lourdes. The app didn’t have a way for me to request crackers or salt and pepper packets. I called the location and Zane offered me the best customer service! He was so sweet and double checked that the order was received. He also offered to grind salt and pepper in portion cups for my dad. Thank you so much!!
Kimberly is absolutely fantastic, I wouldn’t even call it customer service cause she made me feel more like a friend rather than a customer. Food was fantastic. I don’t usually write reviews but this was a fast and amazing service!
