I have always loved McAlister’s. The food is usually delicious. Unfortunately, today was not a good experience. Soup was cold, the dining room was freezing (and it is very unusual for me to complain about being too cold), tables were not clean, napkin holders were empty. The young man who delivered our meal to the table just sat the plates down. He never asked which plate belonged to my wife, and which one was mine. I do not want to be petty, but it was just the way he plopped...
