I'm from Europe, here on vacation, and I’m truly surprised by the state of McDonald’s in these cities. The places are neglected, the bathrooms are dirty, the service is terrible, and the food preparation and delivery are poorly handled. The staff’s attitude is far from friendly. Compared to other countries, this city’s McDonald’s experience left me very disappointed. I wouldn’t come back.

Been suffering with the flu. Today I finally have an appetite so I Ordered nuggets and paid for extra sauce. I didn’t get the extra sauce or even the sauce I selected. This might seem minor but sometimes it’s the little things. Plus my nuggets were ice cold. Just a complete disaster.

Ordered a double quarter pounder. Messed up the condiments and shit. Ordered a four piece on the side. Didn’t even give it to me. That was cool of yall.

Don’t DoorDash from here. First time, there was no salt on the fries. Second time, look at this large size fry. Does this look like a large fry to you? It’s missing half of it. This is the same as a medium fry. Hopefully it’s better if you dine in but don’t DoorDash from here unless you want to be disappointed. Thanks Ronald for nothing

Hats off to the Management and crew for pushing great service during lunch rush. Lines was long but the food was so fresh and hot with the manager being attentive of that big rush. Communication is key and they was following through,great job!!!

I've had some bad experiences at some McDonald's but this experience was awesome. Neishia, I hope I spelled her namecorrectly, I belive she is the GM and her crew took care of me and my 4 boys. Everything was hot and fresh. She as well as her 2 front counter works were soo sweet and polite. The communication between her and the line was on point ans she kept that drive thru moving.

Food was as expected from McDonald's. The service was fast. Ambience was good enough. The dissapointment was I tried Wrap here which was awful. There is certainly tons of room to improve for their wrap.

Don't eat here or fast food a lot but the food is always freshly made and the service is always awesome... Breaux Bridge is aces on personal service, even at mcdonald's! Definitely recommended instead of driving to the next town... It's not right on the interstate but it's definitely worth the short and clearly marked drive down to go this location... Potato!¡!

Pulled up to the speaker to order and they stopped me and took the order of the person on the other speaker who had pulled up CLEARLY AFTER ME, and then had the nerve catch an attitude with me!
