These workers can’t ever get anything straight. Went this morning and for a biscuit sausage egg I got a biscuit with a pc of chicken inbetween, nothing else. Very poor service, one out of three visits to this place and the jerks get it wrong. Management needs a good cleaning out.

I went through the dry and ordered 2 frapes with 3 McCryspy and they made me park in front just for the hamburgers. They had me waiting for 10 minutes. I went to get the hamburgers. The man threw them at me telling me "here are your hamburgers." I took my order and I went when I saw the hamburgers, they didn't have lettuce, I called and said that they hadn't put lettuce on my hamburgers. The same man who served me at the restaurant took my call and hung up on me. Terrible service, I really won't go there again.

Lemme tell ya…. 5 stars all day. Maddy makes this restaurant worth it. I keep ordering through the mobile app and have had a few issues with it here and there. She took time out (when it wasn’t busy) to walk me through a few of the issues and how to avoid them. She is kind and has an obvious wish to make sure her clients leave happy. If she isn’t running the place and teaching customer service 101 to your team, I’d highly advise you giving her a position that goes to all locations and giving them a course. Honestly, id go to Ruth’s Chris on a weekly basis if she was our waiter. Keep her, she’s a good one.
Had a great experience at McDonald’s today! I ordered hotcakes at the kiosk and paid at the register with Gerald, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He greeted me with a smile, processed my order quickly, and made the entire experience pleasant. Customer service like Gerald’s really makes a difference – thank you!
