If I could give them 0 stars I would, by far the worst McDonald’s. You ALWAYS have to wait 20-30 min at the drive through or inside, then when you do go inside and stand in line for them to take your order I’ve had them tell me to go place my own order the self service kiosk….. Half the time your order is wrong, and then top it all off most of the workers are rude as hell, no hello, how you doing Nothingggggg. If they would at least have your food out in a decent amount of time I could probably deal with the attitudes and rudeness but you can’t be rude, take forever to take customers orders AND get the orders wrong….. I will not be going back.

Saturday afternoon I was in line for 10 minutes waiting for my food and they gave me a kids meal at first and I said it wasn’t right and they corrected it and then they gave me a spicy McCrispy when I asked for a hot and spicy McChicken and then I said it was wrong but they insisted that was what I ordered and I asked for the right thing only for them to give me ANOTHER MCCRIPSY WHEN I WANTED MCCHICKEN!!! I did not wait 10 minutes in line for that!

I was so impressed with the overall friendliness of the staff at the Louisiana Ave location in Lafayette. We brought a large group in at 10:15am needing to feed them lunch on way to Beta Convention. The manager greeted us. Took our orders and we all had lunch by 10:30. This location offers a teacher/bus driver discount also!!

Both toilets in the women’s washroom were filled with faeces and toilet paper.And I ordered a flurry, and I had to mix it myself. They didn’t even make any attempt to stir in the toppings.As a former employee, I am familiar with the standards and I think this is pretty sad.

Why are there so many flies in the lobby and near the counter where customers pick up their orders! This is so disgusting!

If i could give this place negative stars, i would. This has to be the most disgusting establishment i’ve ever been to. EVERY single table was absolutely filthy. You wanna brush your hair? don’t worry, there’s a hairbrush on a table. You want an appetizer? don’t fret, there’s doritos for you to snack on!!! your food not salty enough? you don’t even have to think about talking to the rude employees because, you’ve guessed it, there’s some on a table! I will never ever go back to this place, i regret the 40 DOLLARS that i spent here. Oh, and the cherry on top is that when i walked to the counter to ask for napkins, i saw not only flies buzzing around like there wasn’t tables to clean, i see the employee boxing nuggets with his bare hands. Needless to say, i’m still wondering if i’m queasy because of the disgust or maybe food poisoning.

Absolutely unimpressed with every aspect of my trip. Bathrooms were a complete disaster, after ordering I had to stand and wait 15 minutes just to pay for my order. Waited another 20 minutes for my food before checking on it and being told it had to be remade. When we finally got our food the fires were burnt, the orders were wrong. None of the staff were friendly or helpful and acted like any request for the most basic items (ketchup and napkins) were unreasonable.
