If I could give them 0 stars I would, by far the worst McDonald’s. You ALWAYS have to wait 20-30 min at the drive through or inside, then when you do go inside and stand in line for them to take your order I’ve had them tell me to go place my own order the self service kiosk….. Half the time your order is wrong, and then top it all off most of the workers are rude as hell, no hello, how you doing Nothingggggg. Saturday afternoon I was in line for 10 minutes waiting for my food and they gave me a kids meal at first and I said it wasn’t right and they corrected it and then they gave me a spicy McCrispy when I asked for a hot and spicy McChicken and then I said it was wrong but they insisted that was what I ordered and I asked for the right thing only for them to give me ANOTHER MCCRIPSY WHEN I WANTED MCCHICKEN!!! I did not wait 10 minutes in line for that!

I was so impressed with the overall friendliness of the staff at the Louisiana Ave location in Lafayette. We brought a large group in at 10:15am needing to feed them lunch on way to Beta Convention. The manager greeted us. Took our orders and we all had lunch by 10:30. This location offers a teacher/bus driver discount also!!
