“Gave a ton of salad and meat with my $14 meal. So much meat it was hard to mix up. So they weren’t stingy. I couldn’t finish it all so it went in the fridge for supper. Very yummy.A lotta people complain about the price here. But it’s a treat to eat slow roasted lamb, so if you want a cheap $5 salad with tiny little boiled chunks of slimy chicken go to the grocery store not a restaurant… I mean come on y’all hahaha“
“The food here is solid and priced well. I had a gyro plate once here and hummus yesterday. They nailed the hummus with a completely grainy-free texture. And the oil on top seems to be infused with something which is delicious. Maybe cayenne sitting in olive oil. Whatever it is I love it. The gyro plate I had once was pretty good, just wish they had put more feta. Also, I tried to order two other items with my hummus and the cook told me they didn't have it. The falafel wasn't on their overhead menu (saw the item online), but the cheese pies were and they didn't have it. I got the impression they didn't actually sell it, not that it simply was unavailable at the time. It can get confusing about which Zeus has what and menus should be updated...“
“This location is a perfect franchise to have on Campus. The food is prepared fast, always stocked, and has pretty convenient hours. They are open very early for breakfast and coffee making it a pretty popular breakfast stop on campus. The chicken shwarma and greek gyro is great in all the dishes, from the burrito, to the salad, or even the combination plates. The Chicken Arabie is decent, but noticeably precooked and reheated to order. The chicken was overcooked but the flavor was there making it still an okay dish, especially on the go. If you order your dish with fries, be prepared for a huge portion and well seasoned with Tony's. Easily one of the best food locations on campus, especially better than all the big name franchises around. For fast service Med/Greek food, you can't beat it!“
“Stop in for a quick dinner, and it did not disappoint, the portions are huge, could’ve easily split my salad or saved for a 2nd meal. The restaurant is very clean and well maintained. Plenty of seating available. It’s counter order service, and they’ll bring the food to your table. Service was fast and staff were great!! Drive thru available.The food was phenomenal, the chicken was moist and juicy, the grape leaves were also delicious! Tzatziki sauce was superb ?I got the gyro Zeus salad and it was a 10/10 packed with so many delicious things and the salad dressing was seasoned perfectly!Would definitely come here again.“
“This Zeus specifically is THE BEST in the Acadiana area. And even more specific, The lunch crew!!! That chef should be the trainer for all other Zeus locations!The customer service also amazing. “This Shawarma guys is one of the nicer ones I’ve been to, visited for lunch, service was quick, the gentleman working the register may have been a manger or owner and he was highly attentive to customer needs. It’s nice seeing this level of commitment to the business. Gyro plate didn’t disappoint. The restaurant was also very clean and not terribly busy. Opportunity for improvement: while it may not move in volume having Lebanese tea is always a treat m, look into it. ?“
“Nabil Loli, the owner of this Lafayette Syrian/ Lebanese deli, is a first rate person of impeccable character. This eatery is a Lafayette institution. Go for the gyro, grape leaves, or Hummus. Don't forget the Hummus... It's the real deal . And is some of the best in town.Also, if your lucky, you'll get to place your order with Mr. LOLI HIMSELF. who is also quite the accomplished artist and painter. But whatever you do make sure you treat this local with the respect he so greatly deserves. Because if he is not shown respect them I will take it as a personal affront. And then you'll have to deal with.... Well... Noone... Because I'm a peaceful understanding person. And we'll... Sometime we all just have a bad day.
