Last night we came in with a big group late at night and the service from ms. Annette was out of this world! She made sure all of our orders were correct, came out hot, and always made sure our drinks were filled! At the end of our stay she even brought out a surprise dessert for the birthday girl at the table and had the whole restaurant sing to her! Best service i’ve ever received at mel’s!! Thank you ms. Annette you were outstanding!!
Ate here after the Jelly Roll concert and they were slammed. Very sweet staff! Food was fast and hot considering even with the amount of customers they had. We ordered burgers and a stack of pancakes. 100% recommend! We are going back in the morning for there biscuits that looked absolutely beautiful!
Nice atmosphere, cute place , great service, and one of the best grilled chicken sandwiches I found so far in Lafayette. We have had better burgers in Lafayette, but the chicken was top tier. I'm going to have to go back with my girls for one of our brunches. I can't believe I have lived in this area my whole life and never ate here. I was missing out.
