Can’t beat the chicken 555, or the chicken Manchurian appetizers! We had the butter chicken and also the chicken shahi korma, both were top notch! Spice levels were perfect in every dish. The garlic and cheese naan are both perfect on their own. And if things were too spicy, finish it off with a mango lassi or rose milk. 10/10 service and food!!

The food is absolutely first class Indian cuisine. Navid and the whole staff are gracious and knowledgeable. They take the time to understand your palate and make recommendations. It’s casual, friendly and byob. I love it!

I came here tonight for a quick dinner about 2 hours before closing after my friends recommended it. The food took about 15 minutes to come out and it was piping hot as well as fragrant. Our server was the kindest and checked on us a decent amount of times, but not too much to the point of interrupting our meal. You really get a bang for your buck for the amount of food you get compared to the price. I will 100% be dining here again. This place needs to be more known, they deserve it!!!

My experiences at NJOY has been absolutely great. I’ve dined in twice and got take out once and all three times were great. The Samosa Chaat is delicious and a good mix of savory and refreshing (also good portion for only $7). I’ve tried their Chicken Korma, butter chicken, chicken tiki masala, chicken vindaloo, and an eggplant curry dish and they were all great and really generous portions. Really good prices, especially compared to some of the other Indian resteraunt in Lafayette. You also get free naan with the meal and it’s some of the best naan I’ve had. The Mango Lassi is also super delicious and refreshing.
The service is excellent; even when busy. The food comes out quickly and they are very helpful with answering any questions. They frequently came and checked on the table and refilled drinks. I didn’t get the name of the server tonight but he was excellent and even gave us complimentary dessert and made sure to ask about any allergies before (unsure of the name of the dish but it tasted like oranges and was very good).
The atmosphere is also very good; very clean, not too loud, pretty decorations. I’m usually not a fan of dining in places because it can stress me out, but this is one of the few places in town that I know I can dine in and it be a relaxing experience.
It’s also really affordable: last time I ordered take out we got two entrees with rice and naan and the samosa Chatt. It was around $45 and me and my partner were both very full and had lots of leftovers for lunch. Went with some family tonight and they all loved it.
Overall, I really enjoy this place and it has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants in Lafayette.

After today visit, I decided not to visit this place ever. I have been very frequent costumer to your restaurant due to your food even though I felt bad many times due to your bad treatment and racism . Today I visited restaurant along with my wife and infant baby. Restaurant person came to us and said food preparation will take 40 mins and left with out taking order. Then came after 1 hour to take the order. Till then he didn’t even care to give water. We requested almost 5 times for high chair for baby with in that 1 hour, but he didn’t care to provide it. I see that the same guy who took the order, went to Americans to say sorry after every 10 mins about the food delay. But he didn’t even care to take order from us in first 60 mins. After ordering the food also, we requested that guy to bring food little fast after 40 mins as baby is crying but he said that I already informed you that food will get late. Finally we left the restaurant with out having food there and when we are leaving, restaurant guy didn’t even care to say sorry. If you don’t want Indians to visit you restaurant, you should kept a board saying Indians not allowed. You guys doesn’t have any right to treat Indians like trash.
