Pedro's Tacos & Tequila Bar Lafayette

Lunch fajitas were a good portion size, with plenty to take home. I tried the Mexican candy cocktail and the prickly pear cocktail. I also had the tres leches dessert. Absolutely fabulous, will definitely be back.

The food was okay but simply too expensive. The server was very good, but not enough to make up for the high prices. The portions would be good if they charged half the price.

The food was terrible; stale tortillas, all fat in the beef, dry rice, under heated queso. The service was bad; brand new waitress during dinner rush on a Friday, busboy spilled silverware next to our table and no one picked it up, I had to go to the hostess stand to ask them for the check because we weren’t checked on. Live music was awful; sound check wasn’t done prior, bass player was louder than any band member, lead vocal’s mic kept cutting out, I couldn’t hear my party let alone the waitress. There was a menu board at the hostess stand that stated the daily specials, but when asked about Fridays margarita special (2 for 1 margaritas) we were told they don’t do 2 for 1 margaritas and no other specials were offered.

Came in ~45 minutes before closing time, asked if I could still get to-go. They said yes and prepared the food within 10~15 minutes. First time going here and wasn't disappointed, loved every bit of the steak quesadilla, and nachos.

Food was amazing, as usual. Our waitress, Marcela H. was super sweet and friendly. She was very attentive and had a friendly smile eveytime she checked on us. Hope to have her next time as our waitress.

They have the best people working and the manager is always very attentive they always checking up on the customers and it’s the best experience I’ve had on a Mexican restaurant! I recommend 100%! Yall check them out when ever yall in Lafayette IL

I had a great experience at the bar it's my go to i always go when pearl or #pcrazy is there couldn't have a better bartender and Robert for being attentive when I get there.

Food was horrendous. Beer was hot.

I got take out at Pedros one day for lunch. It's pretty expensive. When I got my bank statement I discovered that they took $5 more than the bill was for, $5 more than my receipt said. I called and spoke to someone who claimed to be a manager called Patricia. She said I left a $5 tip. No I didn't, it was takeout and the food is expensive enough, I didn't leave a tip. I have my receipt. She was very nice and said she'd refund the $5.

A few days later when I checked my bank's website there is no $5 refund pending from Pedro's. I called the bank and asked if there was a refund would I see it pending on your website? Yes, I would. I called Pedro's and I hear one ring then I'm cut off. It seems that the fake nice Patricia did not give me a refund and she blocked my number!

This restaurant stole $5 from me and lost a customer. I am not going to go to a restaurant that steals money from me! I live nearby and like their food, I'd have been a customer for years to come, if they didn't steal my money. The money they would have made from me in the future gone because they stole $5. I think that's insanely stupid especially considering their prices, less than the cost of one meal. But ok.

We enjoy going here. It has become our new go to. Love the atmosphere. Friendly attentive waitstaff. Love strawberry colada ☺️. Always greeted upon entering and wishing us a good day/night upon leaving.
