11/9/24 Waitress was rude. Barely came to our table. Food was HORRIBLE but didn’t complain, bought it anyways. Came back only when we finished our food . Had to come get her to get our checks and to retrieve our cards. Machine declined my card even though I had money. Told the waitress to swipe again and it took it. Ended up being charged twice. Went back to let them know. Waitress came back with an attitude out of NOWHERE and said “well your card declined so it’s not my fault.” I said “how it declined if it charged me twice?” I obviously had money on it . Manager came out with an attitude and told me it’s not their fault and that it’s the bank fault. When I told her about the waitress and her service , she said well waitresses only get paid little so I would just take the service be ok. Other employees chimed in and ganged up on me for professionally speaking my mind.
I felt offended and embarrassed as a woman of color and human being. Like I was a threat. Very unprofessional.

Nachos locos was very good. Better than what we've had at other local restaurants. Two of us ate on it and we were full before we finished. Plenty of meat and shrimp was on our dish. Great place to eat lunch.

The manager is very racist and disrespectful. Food sucks. She asked us if we can afford to eat here. I felt very disrespected. I will never tell anyone to come here. I ordered a plate and she delivered a wrong plate. She then asked if i can afford the plate I ordered. Very disappointed. Very racist. DO NOT COME

Great ambiance, food was delicious . Our bartender Hayvid offered us an excellent service . Thelma the manager was very attentive to us during our visit ! Definitely will be back !
