Overall 4 stars!!! Food was amazing, service was okay at best!!! Our water was acting super weird, and kept saying new age slang terms!!! Atmosphere was the best part, because I was surrounded by family and there were other families doing the same, it gave it a comfortable feeling!!!

Even after saying we were a party of two, little girl at the front kept asking if I wanted to order. The place looked depressing, and the tables/seats were visibly dirty. We left immediately. The dirtiness was unacceptable. First impression was awe full.

We love and frequent Pizza Village, both locations! Our group went 6pm Saturday Nov. 15. Our waiter Serako? Was kind,patient and very attentive with our special needs group. He made sure to double check everything we needed and even fussed at the kitchen several times when they screwed up one of our group orders not once, but 4 different times. 4. He didn’t get his food until we were all ready to leave! What we saw blew my mind. Young teens working in the kitchen had a food fight and was clowning around instead of working. The place was packed as it usually is. Orders weren’t being filled in a timely manner and some orders just never came. Management needs to do better with that. The food is delicious and there is no excuse for the lack of professionalism in the kitchen. We thank our waiter for taking such good care of us. Think we will go back to just ordering from the window to go to avoid the hassle again!

Was working with a friend from the area and let him choose where to eat and I am sure glad I did. We had the Landry Special Pizza and it was absolutely fantastic..! Service was on point, glasses refilled regularly, what more can I say? I will definitely be back when I’m in the area.
