Placed an order for breakfast food delivery a day before event; order was confirmed for delivery at 8:30 AM. At approximately 8:30 I was notified that order would be 20 minutes late, no big deal. A few minutes later I was notified that only half the order was available for delivery; I agreed to that. At approximately 9:20 AM I was notified that order had been canceled by PJ’s as they would not deliver partial order. Note: I was notified of cancellation almost 1 hour after original confirmed delivery time. How embarrassing to have to tell meeting attendees that there would be no breakfast. Needless to say I will NOT be ordering from PJ’s Coffee ever again!

Drive - thru took more than 15 mins , there was one car in front of me who got one drink, I only got a bacon egg and cheese. I sat at the window a few minutes before they came to take payment and they didn't even start the sandwich until after I paid. This isn't the first time they have taken forever but I tried to stop there since there was only one car.... lesson learned yet again

I don't leave a ton of reviews and I believe this place is local, therefore I wanted to give them a shot since I love supporting small businesses, but I was extremely disappointed today. Tried the lemonade at the Scott location 9/24/24 and I thought it was good. It had a nice tang which I love. Also tried the Green Tea Mojito which isn't my type of drink at all but it wasn't bad and my partner loved it. Went to the this location 9/25/24 on Johnston to get another Tea and ended up trying a lemon square plus a Club sandwich. I was hesitant on the club because of the price but it looked really good and filling. Well, the lemon square was absolutely horrible. It tasted like freezer burnt Play Doh. Then, the Club was not worth anywhere close to $7. It barely had any ham or turkey, cold, cheap, uncooked bacon and basic Kraft like cheese. I could have made that at home and thrown it in the microwave and it would have been better. Overall I'm super disappointed with the food I tried and I think it's a bit ridiculous just how bad it actually was. Especially for the price.
