Manager Ms.Jen was very professional and sweet. I've never been to a Popeyes with such great customer service. Highly recommend this Popeyes over any other Popeyes in this area.

I went at a later time at night but I would not have expected such great service! Olivia was very sweet and very helpful and I just want to shout her out because it was nice to see someone be so lovely this late at night!

Staff is very friendly. Day manager is on top of all the orders and is heard cheering on her team. Food came out quick. This is by far the best Popeyes location in Lafayette area.

Very bad customer service, the staff @1pm is very racist and when we tried to order they just laughed at our face and the fries in our bag was thrown everywhere I’m so disappointed y’all should do better next time but God is always watching.
