They not only forget my coleslaw and extra toast. But then acted like I didn’t pay for it. So after paying for now 2 coleslaws and an extra sauce I received one coleslaw. Terrible service. Will not return. Never had such a bad experience.
I met my family for lunch today after I had gotten off of work early.
The last time I had food at this location (drive thru), there was an issue with it. I waited a while until I returned. The same issue happened again today.
The manager, Shawn, immediately came to apologize to me at the table. He had fresh food come out to me super quick. He also returned to check on us, gave us a gift card, and said that he hoped we would return to give this location another chance....read full review
