We had high hopes for dinner at Romacelli, but unfortunately the service and experience left a lot to be desired.
The hostess seated us right away, but that’s where the good service ended. We waited about 10 minutes before our waiter, Daylan, even acknowledged our table, and when he did, he only brought water. We weren’t given drink menus, and there were no kids’ menus available.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend this restaurant. Seriously Romacelli, at 6:45 on a Saturday, you “cannot accommodate” a table of 7 for the entire evening… when there are numerous open tables both inside and outside that are open??
Ridiculous and if your restaurant and staff is that INCOMPETENT then you should close.
