I've been to ruffinos about 50 times now and I've never had a bad experience! The food is outstanding and the service is incredible. I highly recommend eating here whenever you have a chance.
Out of 5 Ruffino's is close. We came on a rainy Friday evening to celebrate my bride's birthday. A couple of minor service or communication glitches among the team kept from a 5. We were seated immediately at a table with a nice view of the river. Thank you. A team of three generally kept on top of things our beverage server Hayden was on top of things and very engaging - full marks there. Service was fabulous upon arrival, after being seated, through ordering and serving of the meal but waned terribly towards the end of the meal. For a fine dining experience such as this, I found that a little disturbing. But everything else was top notch. This was a first visit. Will try again.
