We came into this restaurant looking for a nice and relaxing experience/atmosphere to enjoy dinner with our family. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted by the friendliest people and staff, they were so loving and kind to our two-year-old son, and made us feel right at home. We have been here several times in the last year after asking for suggested Sushi places on the Lafayette Foodies group on Facebook. Samurai was HIGHLY suggested, it was a toss up with a few other places but we chose to try here. We have never had a bad experience, it's a hidden gem. Tried out Samurai for the first time today. I ordered the yakitori, miso soup, the super crunchy roll, and the tiger eye roll. My waitress was very attentive and the food came out very quickly. The restaurant has a very relaxing vibe. The food was delicious and the portions i found very reasonable for the price. Will definitely be back soon!
