Such a great place! I ate here a while back when their location was on Garfield St. The new location is great and the food was amazing! I ordered the Hash Bowl and wasn't disappointed! So good!

They don’t have many take-out options but the food here is amazing, fresh, always tasty. It is definitely more of a sit down restaurant than take-out.

We need to stop for brunch and decided to detour from the I-10 after reading reviews. So glad we did, it was a brilliant little place. Excellent service, the food was fantastic, and it had a lovely vibe. Would defintely recommend.

This was a 🎯 HIT. The chicken quesadilla were the best I ever had- tortilla filled with chicken, broccoli, squash, tomatoes and dipped in an avocado sauce. Staff was super friendly, atmosphere was bohemian and organic. It didn't feel like I was in Lafayette. Relaxed and aligned. Strongly suggest.

One of the best expresso martinis I’ve ever experienced.

I’ve been a customer of Scratch Kitchen since their old location downtown on Garfield. Sometimes location changes can change the atmosphere and overall function of a restaurant, but from a customer’s pov, this place has only been enhanced. The food is consistently excellent and selections are always fresh and rotational. Intentionality is exactly what comes to mind when I dine here. I almost always go for the Hash bowl, even since years back. It’s truly that good. Any protein options on it will do it justice, but the tofu or chicken really locks in all the flavors. My partner got the seasonal salad (pictured) which was massive and beautiful. The price you pay for the food comes back ten fold. Ginger lemonade & drip coffee with chai syrup were spectacular! Service has always been great even with staff changes, and it’s always impressive to see the owner working on the kitchen line. Love to the pretty girl with the afro who was delightful to chat with despite how busy it was this morning. This has been one of my favorite & most consistent restaurants I’ve ever found in Lafayette, and I’ve lived here my whole life. I’ve been a constant customer since years back and I don’t see that changing soon. 10/10 spot!

Had a brunch date with a girlfriend here a couple weeks ago. I haven’t been to Scratch in a couple of years and I was so happy to finally see their new location. The food was incredible just like I remembered. Loved the atmosphere so much

Scratch Farm Kitchen is such a gem. The farm-to-table food is fresh and full of flavor, but what really stands out is how creative and genuinely delicious each dish is. The vibe is warm and welcoming — you feel good the moment you walk in. Can’t wait to come back!

Was dying for a biscuit… my son is an avid very strict vegetarian- avid health fanatic- so he suggested this place- I just had an output procedure so stayed in the car. When he came back in with 4, they looked huge and amazing! However- these were the grilled biscuits- they had a consistency like Church’s biscuits but literally to me were so very dry and tasted like paper. No flavor, no nothing 😳. He had gotten a bunch of butter and jelly so I figured I’d wait till I get home to try. Butter?!?!😵‍💫jelly? 🫢nope… called him to come get them. Maybe it’s an acquired taste? I even tried drowning it in syrup….um nope… now stuff on the menu looks amazing… not shooting them down yet… I will eventually try something else though… Will have to see…

Stumbled on this gem today... Freshly sourced from produce x meats no more than 2 hours away... Excellent service... Good energy in this place so you're responsible for that..

I had the Comfort Bowl, which is lima bean based, was flavorful NOT SALTY.. Again, fresh ingredients!! Lavender Tea was somethin I never had before but it was refreshing. A real healthy alternative for those who live a active, clean, fitness driven lifestyle FOR SURE 💯

This was a quality, fresh and fulfilling brunch/breakfast spot. The essence of good nature, people, and food! Go visit Lafayette to catch this gem! I'll be back soon myself ⚜️🌶️👊🏾🪴 ..
