The service is great and the food is fresh. However, they are over priced $90 for two people. Here's what we had: 1 tempura roll 1 spring roll ( you get 4 rolls and they are very small) 2 waters and 2 chicken hibachi. Tip is added to the bill at 18% however, the % is after tax. So, basically they make you tip on tax too. Although the food is good, it's not worth the price.

Very fresh rolls and service was good. The rolls are very different from what we are used to, so if you are new to sushi or not very familiar with what you normally eat, go with more of a cooked roll or stick with things that are specifically what you know because their versions or fusions are a little different not bad just really different and kind of overwhelming.

The only complaint I have is every time the door opened the table where we were seated received a cold draft. It was rainy and cold yesterday. 1-5-24. Food was excellent.

The atmosphere is cozy and very comfortable. They offer sushi and hibachi all at one location. Service was awesome and the food was AMAZING. We had the LSU roll, the Bang Bang roll, and the Tempe Roll which were cooked. My husband had another roll that was raw. We had a take home box.Parking: Many parking spots available.

Sushi and sashimi is amazing , the quality has come back . I would def recommend getting your favorite sashimi. The hot saki is also To die for.. if your a tuna love get the off menu item of tuna hibachi it's my wife's favorite

The "host" at the door definitely does NOT define "hostess"!It was my son's birthday, last minute decision to go to Shinto since they closed at 10 versus 8p.7 total guests. Restaurant empty. "How many?""7". "You have to wait for the rest of your party?""Sure, where would you like us to sit/wait?!"Ok, on the bench that only sits four.Empty restaurant, 845ish, the 5 of us waiting at the door."Ok you can sit now""Why are we sitting now???? We still have 5 people!!!!!!!Oh yes, the hostess with the mostess sense ?May not have been so bad if she was actually nice, but she was not. Had it not been for my son's birthday and my niece and her husband driving up in five , we would have definitely left. Being in the service industry for 22 years, even though the food is great, as was the server, the first person who greets you has a major impact on your dining experience. Our party of 7 will dine elsewhere next time.

Classic local Hibachi With exceptional service and sushi. Usually a lunch choice for my parents and I, the small, school lunch room style tables are a bit too close in proximity, making it impossible to not overhear nearby conversations that are literally at arm's length. Will always return.
