Whoever the cook is you need to fire them. My tater tots weren't fried all the way and my girlfriends grilled cheese wasn't even toasted at all lol. This place is a joke and I'll never return

I ordered three route 44’s for my family, two Dr Pepper’s, and one sprite. I didn’t drink my “sprite” until I got home because I had some food and couldn’t try it, well jus my luck, as soon as I get home, I tried to drink my “sprite” and come to find out they gave me a water. Not cool man! If I wanted a water I woulda ordered one

The guy taking my order was rude, the girl bringing me my order was rude. No napkins at all, no mint. Have not tried the food yet. It's 1pm, the morning crew is a lot nicer. Update: the link provided in the owner's reply goes to the sonic website, not for this specific store. When I try to send feedback, the page is blank. Perfect bullsh!t. Looks like they want to hear what you have to say, but no, they don't. The guy who takes orders in the early afternoon is consistently rude. Why don't you get rid of him?

This store is the worst.. slowest service ever. You can tell fries,cheese sticks, hot dogs have been sitting. I'm currently waiting on line behind 1 car for my coke zero! Asked an employee who walked out what was going on.. and she replied I don't know my baby, we short handed! And walked away. Never again.

I ordered a Triple smash burger and only got 2 patties, and by the way, sonic, y’all need To add some type of protective coverings for the Blasts/shakes. Having it open like that is very dangerous and anyone could tamper with it if it’s being delivered. If y’all don’t got none y’all need to put the burger wrappings over the drink. Cause this not it.
This is the Sonic in town to trust, orders are correct, the staff always smile, the service is excellent. This is the one I'm going to go to from now on.
