If I could upload the picture I would…no cheese in the cup .. a half teaspoon… in both orders … and we was pulled to the side … and no answer

My advice to TB workers. PLEASE quit putting Mexican pizzas on the bottom of the bag and putting other items on top of them. It's like putting a loaf of bread on bottom and other items on top.

You have to order from the kiosk at this location, which makes for a more efficient service. I love that they are featuring the Decades meals. Just wish they’d bring back the Enchirito.

I always waste my gas and drive out my way to this specific Taco Bell, because this is the only one with friendly service & fresh chalupas. This was not the case tonight. The chalupas were like crackers, old, stale, & hard. It's a crying shame when you're spending over $30 paying premium price for less than quality food.
I even ordered online for in-store pickup, I understand places can be busy & I dont want to hold a line. You'd think they would take this into consideration & properly prepare the food & not give me old stale shells.
If the store doesn't make this right, I'll never be back and I'll dispute the charge with my bank. I refuse to accept this kind of service & food when the price of everything is at an all time high, the quality of food should be the same way. 1 chalupa is $5.19 + tax. Keep this in mind when ordering. We can eat anywhere we want, I highly doubt I'll ever be back if they think it's acceptable to not even do their job. I know when the workers make food for themselves, they aren't cutting any corners for their meals & customers should be treated the same way.
Reviews make a difference, I see so many others complaining about the food the past recent months. They did have new workers tonight, I guess the good ones finally left. So sad they went downhill.

The worst Taco Bell in the city and has not had good management or employees in years. I dont know if Ive ever seen a staff as incompetent as this place and its a total waste of money. I waited here an HOUR one time trying to get my money back from an order I got home and found was not just wrong but just a shred of meat thrown into a tortilla with no other toppings. Full revamp of this place needs to happen!

This was the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve had. I placed a mobile order, but when I arrived, I was told they were out of most of the items I’d ordered and couldn’t issue a refund; they told me I’d have to handle it through the app. When I called the location for help, they said I could come back for a refund or they’d now be able to make my order since they just got inventory in.
Reluctantly, I went back because I was hungry. When I finally got my order, it was made incorrectly: my ‘supreme’ items (which cost extra) were missing toppings, and some items weren’t even in the bag. I circled around a third time to get it corrected, only to have an employee argue with me, saying she made it right. To make matters worse, I’m vegan and had requested beans, but I bit into meat by mistake.
After all that, they didn’t offer any apology or even a simple refund for the inconvenience. With how much fast food costs now, the least they could do is ensure orders are correct and show some courtesy. This was a huge waste of my time and incredibly disappointing.”

Second to the last time the manager got mad at me for complaining about missing food, so I didn't go back for 4 months. I had a strong craving for a Mexican pizza. So I broke down and went again. This time they messed up items on my wife and I order again. I had to travel all the way back to Taco Bell again. The manager actually looked at me like it was my fault that they messed up. I'm done. Never again. B&G Foods just don't care about their customers cuz they always end up hiring bad managers.

Shady location. Guy at the drive-through failed to return my card (and I didn’t notice unfortunately), and he charged a $17 transaction thereafter without my authorization. When I told management the next day, they didn’t even care to take my name and number. Totally incompetent staff.
